Easy Avocado Cashew Vegan “Cream Cheese”

Make this easy spread for your next brunch and all your vegan friends will love you! It’s rich and creamy, plus you can flavor it with any herbs you’d like.
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium avocado (we recommend:http://bit.ly/1B1Xf3k)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herb of your choice, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic or 1 minced clove
  • salt, to taste

  1. Soak the cashew in the water overnight if you do not have a high speed blender or at least 2 hours.
